Mew Medical is a doctor-owned private practice in Chertsey, Surrey. It was founded by three GPs who wanted to practise the way they were trained to — with time, evidence and personal responsibility for every patient. We offer private GP consultations, blood tests, ear wax removal, PRP, IV iron and vitamin B12 treatment.

Listen first
Thirty-minute appointments as standard, with the same doctor responsible for your care from first consultation until every result and referral is closed.
Evidence, not trend
We offer treatments we can defend clinically, tell you plainly where the evidence is limited, and measure whether treatment is helping.
Honest about limits
If a treatment will not help, we say so. If a result needs time, we say that too. You will always know what to expect.
A private clinic room in Chertsey, open three days a week
We see patients by appointment on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 116 Guildford Street. Every patient is seen by one of the three GP partners — there are no other clinical staff. Blood samples are delivered by our doctors to the NHS laboratory the same day, and IV iron is only given when two doctors are on site. The ground-floor clinic shares premises with an independent optometry practice. There is a small step at the entrance with a ramp and handrail, an accessible toilet, and a Blue Badge bay across the road — there is no dedicated car park. Mew Medical is the trading name of Mew Medical Services LLP. We have applied to the Care Quality Commission for registration and will begin seeing patients once it is confirmed. All three doctors hold GMC registration and individual medical indemnity. We are an outpatient service only: no emergency, walk-in, overnight or home-visit care.
