Before you book

New patientsFirst appointments are face to face at 116 Guildford Street, Chertsey. Telephone or video follow-ups may suit existing patients.

Treatments follow an assessmentPRP, IV iron and B12 are booked after a GP consultation confirms they’re right for you. If you’re new to us, start with a consultation.

Bring with youYour medicines list, allergies, NHS GP details and any recent results or letters.

Changes and cancellationsPlease give more than 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellation or non-attendance may be charged up to 50% of the fee.
