We specialise in

PRP, with honest expectations

Platelet-rich plasma is prepared in clinic from your own blood and injected by a doctor — under ultrasound guidance for joints and tendons. The evidence is still developing and varies by condition, so we explain it plainly, try first-line care first and measure every patient’s outcome.

Ultrasound-guided PRP for knee, elbow, shoulder, hip, Achilles and heel
Scalp PRP for pattern hair loss, after a two-week cooling-off
Outcomes measured at 6 and 12 weeks
Stopped and referred on if it isn’t helping

IV iron, when tablets aren’t enough

For adults with iron deficiency confirmed by laboratory blood tests, where oral iron hasn’t worked, isn’t tolerated or isn’t suitable. We look for the cause first, and infuse only with two doctors on site and full observation afterwards.

Laboratory-confirmed deficiency — ferritin, CRP and full blood count, no more than three months old
Red-flag check, with NHS GP referral where the cause needs investigating
Ferinject by drip, with 30 minutes’ observation
Follow-up blood tests included at 6–8 weeks

Blood results while you’re still in the room

Our own HORIBA analyser runs a full blood count in the clinic, so your doctor can explain the result and agree next steps at the same appointment. Everything else — ferritin, CRP, vitamins, thyroid and more — goes to the NHS laboratory, delivered by our doctors the same morning, and every result is reviewed by a doctor.

In-clinic full blood count, discussed at your visit
Laboratory samples taken in morning sessions, delivered the same day
Laboratory ferritin, CRP, vitamins, thyroid and more via BSPS
Every result reviewed by a doctor
